What are your products made of?
Every keychain and gift is 3D printed from PLA, a plant-based bioplastic, and assembled by hand in Usingen, Germany. Articulated friends are printed as connected pieces, so the joints move without any extra parts.
How long does an order take?
Orders are made to order and dispatched within 1–3 business days. DHL delivery then usually takes 1–3 business days in Germany or 3–7 business days in the EU.
Do you ship outside the EU?
Right now we ship within Germany and the EU only. If you live somewhere else and would love a friend, send us a message via Etsy and we will see what we can do.
Can I return an item?
Non-personalised items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Personalised and custom-made items are excluded from the right of withdrawal under German law. Full details are on our returns page.
How do I care for PLA prints?
PLA softens in heat, so avoid hot cars, radiators and long stints in direct sunlight. Wipe your friend clean with a damp cloth and move the joints gently — they are sturdy, but not unbreakable.
Where do the animals come from?
Every design starts as a model in our workshop in Usingen, usually inspired by a real pet or a request from the community. New friends appear in the shop regularly.
