Shipping Information
Every friend is printed to order in Usingen, Germany. Here is how an order travels from our printers to your door.
Making your order
Each piece is 3D printed and assembled by hand, so nothing sits on a shelf waiting to be picked. Orders are prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days, and as soon as your parcel is with DHL you receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link.
Delivery times
Germany: typically 1–3 business days after dispatch. EU: typically 3–7 business days after dispatch. These are typical DHL delivery windows rather than guarantees — around public holidays they can stretch a little.
Shipping costs
We currently ship within Germany and the EU only. The exact shipping rate for your country is calculated at checkout before you pay, so there are no surprises.
Tracking your order
Your shipping confirmation email contains a DHL tracking number. If tracking has not updated for a while or something looks wrong, write to support@printsbyeri.com and we will look into it.
