Scope

These terms cover your use of this website and any purchases made directly here via Stripe. Purchases made on Etsy are governed by Etsy’s own terms.

Direct purchases on this site

When you buy a product through Stripe Checkout on printsbyeri.com, a binding sales contract is concluded between you and Eri Creative Studio. Prices shown include applicable VAT. Shipping costs (Germany: €4.20, EU: €9.00) are displayed before you confirm payment.

As a consumer in the EU, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for non-personalised goods bought online, starting when you receive the goods. This right does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised where the legal conditions in § 312g(2)(1) BGB are met. See our Returns & Withdrawal Policy for details.

Etsy purchases

Products listed on our Etsy shop are subject to Etsy’s own terms and conditions. The sales contract for Etsy purchases is formed between you and the seller through Etsy’s platform.

Content and intellectual property

The designs, images and text on this site belong to us and may not be copied, redistributed or used commercially without written permission. Our 3D models may not be reproduced or resold.

External links

We link to external sites, including Etsy and social platforms. We do not control their content and accept no responsibility for it.

Changes

We may update these terms as the site changes. The version published here is the one that applies.
