From what quantity does an order make sense?
We deliberately produce small batches too — typically from around 10 pieces. The per-unit price drops as quantities grow, because colours and setup are shared. Your quote shows exactly what that means for your project.
Can every gift have a different name?
Yes — that is exactly our advantage over classic promotional products: every piece is personalised individually. Send us a name list and we take care of matching.
Can we use our company logo?
In many cases, yes. Send us your logo file and we will check how it prints cleanly. 3D printing plays by different rules than printing on paper — we will honestly tell you what works well.
How much lead time do we need?
As a small-batch studio we plan roughly 2–4 weeks of production after quote approval, depending on quantity. For Christmas gifts it is best to request by early November — earlier for large quantities.
Can we pay by invoice?
Yes, businesses can pay by invoice. All the details are transparent in your quote.
Can you ship to each employee individually?
Yes, on request we ship gifts individually to your team members’ addresses — handy for remote teams. Just mention it in your request.
