Employee Christmas Gifts Under €10

Prints by Eri · 2 ott 2026

The best employee gifts are small, personal and not another anonymous branded pen: a keychain with the person's name on it, a saying for the desk, an animal that actually moves. That is our speciality — every piece is 3D printed from PLA to order in our studio in Usingen, Germany, and finished by hand.

This guide shows what works really well under €10 — including a short, no-obligations orientation on how the German tax office treats small gifts. From around 25 pieces we also produce personalised batches for whole teams; the link for that is at the end.

Under €5: Teddy Letters with a name

The classic for the tightest budget: Teddy Letters at €1.50 each, softly rounded and available in any colour. Every letter is printed individually from PLA, so you compose each name letter by letter — three letters for “Tim” come to €4.50.

Besides the decorative version, Teddy Letters also come as a keychain or magnet (approx. 4–5 cm) — so the name ends up on a keyring or whiteboard and stays visible in everyday life long after the holidays.

Between €4 and €9: with a name or a saying

The personalised name tag keychain (€3.99) is the personal touch at its smallest: any name or word, printed in a contrasting colour and mounted on a silver keyring. Each piece is made individually, so no two look alike.

A size up is the “Geschenk für Kollegen” desk lettering at €8.90: choose from six ready-made office sayings — from “Kaffee König” to “Work Bestie” — or send your own text of two to three words, in three widths from approx. 15 to 24 cm. A piece that will still be standing on the desk in January.

Flexi keychains: the gift everyone picks up

The Fox (€9.99) and the Panda (€10.99) are our articulated animal keychains: tail, legs and head all move, hand-printed and assembled in Germany. The Panda also carries a bright green bamboo charm hanging from two connecting rings.

Both arrive in gift-ready packaging — as a small thank-you under the tree they work even without engraving, because you simply have to pick them up and play.

What the tax office says (a quick orientation)

Occasional small gifts up to €10 per person and occasion — think attention items rather than regular bonuses — are generally tax-free for the employee in Germany. On top of that comes the €60 rule: when presents of up to €60 per employee per year are invoiced directly by the supplier to the company, they also stay tax-free and are deductible as business expenses.

Vouchers are a different case: they count as non-cash benefits (Sachbezug) and are tax-free up to €50 per month, as long as they run through payroll. All of this is only a rough orientation on the usual thresholds — please have the details for your specific case confirmed by your tax advisor (Steuerberater).

From 25 pieces: personalised batches for the whole team

Once everyone on the team should get something, it gets interesting: from around 25 pieces the studio produces employee Christmas gifts as a personalised batch — and genuinely personal, because every single piece carries a different name. You choose the model, colour or saying once, and we take care of the rest.

That works for small batches in an office team as well as for branch teams, client gifts or trade fairs. Tell us how many presents should end up under the tree — the quote form at the end gets you a free, no-obligation offer with pricing, timeline and personalisation options.
